As a teacher and programme director, I aim to create the conditions for a quality education in a complex world. The results of the education should contribute to a society that enables a legally secure and just future for individuals and organisations. In my research, I aim to achieve both a deeper understanding and practical solutions to complex issues. Since 2019, I have been the program director for the business law master’s programs. Previously, I have served as Head of Division and Director of Studies at the Division of Commercial and Business Law at Linköping University.
Research
Understanding complex societal phenomena requires multifaceted analysis, with legal conditions forming a crucial part of this process. My previous research has focused on the legal regulation of land use based on the right of public access (allemansrätt) and the regulation of outdoor activities within the context of commercial operations. Currently, I am primarily researching labour environment regulations related to the participation of volunteers and semi-professionals in rescue operations.
Teaching
I teach across a range of educational programmes, including those for future business lawyers and HR professionals. My teaching primarily focuses on public law and labour law, addressing questions such as: who has the authority to create certain rules, and how is the relationship between employer and employee regulated? I also supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses in these areas, as well as on the legal regulation of various types of land use.
