Elizabeth Hörlin
Postdoc
I am a postdoc in public health and social medicine. I have my PhD in experimental psychology and sensory science i.e., how our senses such as sight and taste influence our choices and behavioural patterns and vice versa.
Presentation
My current research is focused on understanding how to better support individuals in changing their health behaviours i.e., reduced alcohol consumption, smoking cessation, increased physical activity, and healthier eating through the use of digital interventions. I have a particular interest in healthy and sustainable food choices, i.e., diets characterised by more plants and fewer animal products.
