My research involves continuity of care, patient-reported outcomes, and patient participation.

Presentation

My postdoc project is to develop a support program for people with heart failure, 'Living with Heart Failure.' The program is being developed with individuals with heart failure and healthcare staff through a co-design method. Implementation strategies and the effect of the digital care plan will then be evaluated in a randomized hybrid-design study.
