The printed circuit board (PCB) laboratory has been in use since November 2001. It is used for both research and course projects. We can produce professional double sided through-hole plated PCB-boards up to 210 x 300 mm.
The radio frequency (RF) measurement laboratory is equipped with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers and oscilloscopes, etc.
electromagnetic noise sources become more and more common as the number of
advanced electronic equipment increases. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) aims
at measurement of unwanted emissions from electrical equipment.
We develop modular solutions with low power consumption for wireless sensor networks, wireless data transmission with focus on high data rate / low cost, and antenna and radio frequency design for broadband and multi-band communication systems.
At our division we conduct research and research education in communication electronics, mathematics, engineering didactics, physical electronics and nanotechnology, as well as education in physics, electronics, systems engineering and mathematics.
We research and teaches in several technical/scientific disciplines in which our main areas are organic electronics, media, communications and logistics.
