Lena Nilsson

Adjunct Assistant Lecturer

I can’t describe in words how rewarding my job is! I teach trainee midwives and nurses, and in 2015 I was named Excellent Inspirer by the students on the nursing programme in Norrköping.

I combine different roles

I teach on the nursing and midwifery programme.

In addition to my work at Linköping University, I am a clinical lecturer at the Children’s and Women’s Centre (BKC) in Region Östergötland.

I also work as a midwife in the obstetrics department at Vrinnevi Hospital in Region Östergötland.

Excellent Inspirer for 2015

I was awarded the Excellent Inspirer prize for 2015 by Consensus and the students on the nursing programme. Excellent Inspirer is a prize awarded by the study programmes at the Faculty of Medicine.
