HR-partner

In my role as HR-partner, I represent the university as an employer and am part of LiU’s HR-function.

As an employer’s representative, I strive to provide professional support in personnel matters in close cooperation with management, managers and employees.

I participate in the department’s management team and in the local cooperation group. My mission is to work with staff issues on a broad front. I coach and support managers, employees and groups in such fields as:

• recruitment and employment conditions
• health and rehabilitation
• the work environment and equal opportunities.

Administrative management (VS)

The division of Administrative and Academic Support aim to give administrative and technical support to co-workers, students and visitors support and service to contribute to an excellent and attractive academic environment.

At ISY, we conduct research and education in the field of Electrical Engineering. A strong emphasis is placed on research- and industrial collaborations.
