Management support and HR administration

My role as coordinator

In my role, I am responsible for supporting the management at the department and handling administrative tasks within HR.

I actively participate in the planning and implementation of meetings and workshops, by preparing documents, reports and other necessary documentation. I also coordinate boarding and ensure that both internal and external guidelines are followed.

As an HR administrator, I am involved in recruitment processes, which includes everything from creating and publishing job advertisements to drawing up employment contracts. I also administer various parts within the HR systems Primula and ReachMee.
