Teaching

I teach in the following areas: Organization, Leadership, Strategy, and Management Control, Cross-Cultural Leadership, Human Resource Management, and International Management, Management Accounting as well as thesis supervision at all levels.

My teaching is conducted in both Swedish and English, including programme courses and single-subject courses in business administration.

I teach at both basic and advanced levels (bachelor's and master's) and actively participate in planning and developing courses, including creating new courses and course packages that guide students toward various degrees in business administration. My focus is on the long-term development of business administration education, exemplified by my role as a member of the program council for the International Business Administration and Economics programme.

In addition to academic teaching, I have experience in teaching and moderating training initiatives aimed at businesses and public organizations.

Supervision and examiner responsibilities

I supervise theses at the bachelor's and master's levels in the following areas:

  • Management Accounting
  • Organization and Leadership
  • Strategic Change Processes
  • Human Resource Management
  • International Management

As course coordinator and examiner, I am responsible for all bachelor's theses written within the Division of Business Administration. Annually, I examine atudents in Business Administration and Economics programme and in the Atlantis International Program, where students come from partner universities in the USA and France.

At the advanced level, I supervise theses in the Business Administration and Economics programmes that lead to a master’s degree in business administration.

Aims to equip future leaders with good judgement and an ability to make well-balanced decisions. Combines fundamental thinking, reasoning and skills to prepare students to go beyond applying known solutions to known problems.  International focus.
