Associate Professor

Presentation

I am a university lecturer in the Physiotherapy Program at the Faculty of Medicine in Linköping. I have extensive clinical experience in Child and Youth Habilitation and the field of Neurology, with specialized expertise in Pediatric Physiotherapy. I obtained my doctorate in 2007 with a dissertation titled ‘Intensive Training in Groups for Children with Cerebral Palsy – Evaluation from Different Perspectives.’

My research continues to focus on evaluating interventions in habilitation, parents’ experiences of service quality, and studies of functional status and health in children with cerebral palsy.

As a teacher in the undergraduate Physiotherapy Program, I am driven by the joy of planning and organizing high-quality courses for students. These courses aim to provide students with strong general academic and subject-specific knowledge and skills, equipping them to meet their own and workplace expectations. I am also involved in advanced-level course development, where subject-specific knowledge continues to evolve
