I am a member of the library’s User Experience (UX) team. A goal of Linköping University Library is to constantly improve the user experience for our patrons. Therefore, we work systematically with learning about the attitudes and behaviour of our patrons, with the aim of making their interaction with the library as smooth as possible, both in the digital and the physical environment.
I also work at the library information desk, and behind the scenes I work with cataloguing and am a member of the team working with recalls.
