My work is primarily focused on the publishing agreements the library has with publishers and other stakeholders regarding open access. This is an important part of the transition to an open scientific ecosystem. This work ensures access to important scientific sources online.
Cataloguing is central to making the library's resources accessible and searchable for students, researchers, and other visitors. I contribute to this work by cataloguing e-books and other acquired materials.
I am also involved with support to researchers that publish open access, for example with information initiatives, by verifying articles covered by our open access publishing agreements, and by offering guidance regarding issues about strategic publishing, Creative Commons licenses and open access in general.
I also take part in Open APC Sweden, a project with the aim to create an overview of costs related to open access publishing at Swedish research institutions.
