Globalisation contributes to big changes in working life. An important challenge for research into working life at Linköping University is to develop knowledge that supports the sustainable development of companies in a globalised world.

The aim of research into working life at Linköping University is to study the relationships within working life at individual, group, organisational and societal levels. LiU researchers study aspects such as labour market regulations and their functions in addition to labour organisation, workplace learning, and leadership – not least the state of health at our workplaces. Linköping University has made great national and international breakthroughs within the field of work and health.
