We are looking for someone who has a Master’s degree in Biomedicine.

The following experience and expertise are required:

  • Experience with research related to anxiety disorders in females in mouse models
  • Experience with computational analysis of whole brain anatomy dataset, freely moving behaviors in mice and single nuclei sorting for sequencing
  • Confocal microscopy imaging
  • Tissue sectioning and immunohistochemistry
  • Computational analysis of behaviors in mice with markerless pose estimation softwares
  • Tissue preparation for single nuclei isolation for RNA/Chromatin sequencing
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

In addition, the following experience and expertise will strengthen an application:

  • Prior experience with rodent handling, microscopy, or molecular techniques
  • Previous experience in programming, specifically with the following analysis softwares (Napapri, DeepLabcut, R, python)
