Archivist and Registrar at the Department of Management and Engineering (IEI)

In my work I strive to give the co-workers at IEI the help they need to ensure that the administrative aspects of operations function smoothly.

I try to contribute actively to the development of our processes, and ensure that we satisfy the requirements placed on us both by ourselves and by the regulations that govern our operations.

My duties include:

  • Secretarial duties and administrative responsibility for the departmental board
  • Production of documents such as decisions, instructions and various other types of information
  • Work to develop processes for case and decision management at IEI
  • Archiving issues
  • Registration
  • Issues of confidentiality
  • GDPR
