The research I have conducted emphasizes strongly on multidisciplinary aspects, where techniques and econometrics methodologies from economic theory, physics, engineering and psychology are implemented, in studying the complexity of economic and financial systems, on a macro level.

The aim of my current project is to explore the asymmetric nature of shocks in the economy and their implications on the financial system. Further, to develop econometric methods for analyzing the dependence structure among business cycles and financial asset classes as stocks, commodities and green investments.
