Presentation

Research

My research consists of several interrelated tracks. It focuses on team collaboration in professional education and in clinical practice. Special emphasis is on undergraduate students in health and medical education programs. I am also interested in how care can be improved for the group of frail elderly, where early detection of infections can be influenced by the staff’s ability to collaborate.

Leadership

I work as the Head of Division and Unit Manager at ORH. I am also the Director of the Graduate School in Medical Education at HMV.

Teaching

I have extensive experience teaching at undergraduate, advanced, and doctoral levels. I also supervise several doctoral students.
