30 millions to research infrastructure

Vanya Darakchieva and Per Persson, both at IFM, Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, each receive 15 million from SSF for the expansion of research infrastructure at LiU.

Ångströmhuset - electron microscopyThe Foundation for Strategic Research now distributes a total of 225 million to key people at Swedish universities who run research infrastructure. The program is called Research Infrastructure Fellows and out of fifteen grants, two go to materials researchers at Linköping University: Vanya Darakchieva and Per Persson.
