I work as financial officer and purchasing agent at IEI together with my colleagues to provide managers, administrators and other co-workers decision-support information in financial matters.

Financial officer in the Department of Management and Engineering (IEI)

My main responsibility is to provide support in financial and purchasing issues, and decision-support information for financial decisions relating to core activities in the department.

My areas of responsibility include:

  • End-of-year accounting
  • Creating the budget
  • Economic forecasting, analyses and follow-up
  • Project accounting
  • Project grant applications
  • Financial reporting to internal and external parties
  • Creation and improvement of internal processes and system support
