As a financial officer I support managers as well as employees and researchers in financial matters. From standardised bookings to planning and strategies. To succeed, initiative is required, good collaboration skills as well as analytical expertise.

Financial officer at the Department of Management and Engineering (IEI)

My main responsibility is financial support for the department's core activities and I support department managers, head of divisions, directors of studies and researchers in financial matters.

My area of responsibility includes:

  • Accounting
  • Budget and calculation
  • Financial forecasts, analyzes and follow-ups
  • Research projects – from application to final reporting
  • Financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Development and improvement of internal processes
