The Swedish Communication Facilitation Service “Taltjänst” offers assistance to people with communication disorders affecting language, speech or voice, and their conversation partners. The facilitators offer support in conversations in various settings, including phone call conversations. The aim of the service is to enable participation, independence and authority despite the communication disorders.
