My main responsibility is to provide operational support to management, supervisors, and research leaders in HR-related matters such as recruitment, employment conditions, labor law issues, work environment matters, and rehabilitation.
Some of my areas of responsibility include:
- Coordinating and administering recruitments (Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Associate Professor and Professor).
- Employment of Professor Emeritus/Emerita.
- Onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinating the workplace safety inspection at the department.
- Activating IT working accounts for new employees and other associated accounts, as well as terminating accounts.
