As HR partner, I represent the university as employer, and I am part of the HR services at LiU. I am a member of the departmental management and the local liaison group. My tasks include working with a broad spectrum of HR issues. I coach and support managers, co-workers and groups with such matters as:
- recruitment and conditions of employment
- interpretation of employment law and collective agreements
- health and rehabilitation
- work environment and equal opportunities.
