I work in the Operational Support Division at the Department of Computer and Information Science (IDA), where I am Head of the Central Administration Unit. In this role, I am responsible for leading, developing and evaluating the unit’s operations, as well as ensuring that operational support is delivered efficiently and effectively in line with the department’s objectives and mission.
As an HR Partner, I represent the University as an employer and provide support to managers, employees and teams in matters relating to recruitment, employment law, terms and conditions of employment, the work environment, and health and rehabilitation.
