The electrification of society has begun and is expected to accelerate at an ever faster pace in order to achieve the environmental goals.

Our research on vehicles, charging and electrical infrastructure

Understanding the impact on the electrical system of how different choices of charging infrastructure, when vehicles are charged, and with what charging power it takes place is central to obtaining a resource-efficient system that has a broad acceptance.

The methods we use in research are data analysis, modeling, simulation, and optimization of primary charge scheduling, but also design selection of charge infrastructure.
