Lars Lindblom

Senior Associate Professor

I work with issues in the intersections between theories of justice, policy, and both social and natural science.

In my research, I have worked on topics like equality of education, labor unions, risk management and theories of justice. At present, I am particularly interested in the philosophy of childhood, assumptions of agency in AI, and democratic stability. I am the executive editor of the journal De Ethica.

I am the program manager for the Centre for Applied Ethic’s master programme in Applied Ethics. In my teaching, I have covered topics from The History of Philosophy via Philosophy and Policy Analysis to Professionalism in Computer Science. It usually ends with me talking about Rawls at lot.
