I work to improve structures, processes and system support to ensure that operations are conducted in a manner that brings us closer to defined objectives.
My work includes working with the annual accounts, setting up the departmental budget, and financial follow-up.
Areas of responsibility:
- End-of-year accounting
- Creating the budget
- Economic forecasting, analyses and follow-up
- Information and dialogue with the departmental management and the departmental board
- Participate in work with the departmental plan of action
- Creation and improvement of internal processes and system support
