Financial Officer

I work as financial officer at IEI and together with my colleagues I provide managers, administrators and other co-workers support in financial matters. Some of my work concerns administration of the access control system.

Financial officer in the Department of Management and Engineering (IEI)

My main responsibility is to provide financial support for the core activities at the department, and I support the departmental management, heads of division and researchers in questions of finance.

I am also responsible for administration of IEI’s part of the Integra access-control system and I help with problems associated with access cards and access to premises.

My responsibilities include:

  • Card payments
  • Administration of authorisation for access cards and accessibility of premises at IEI
