Supply Chain Management, process orientation and quality development activities are all important components of our research. We are developing Six Sigma- and Lean Production models but also strategic development and flow-oriented business models. We turn to several different types of companies and organisations in the supply chain where the manufacturing as well as trading companies and third party logistics are included.
