My clinical research projects focus on the function of the heart chambers in aortic valve disease, while the educational research projects are related to medical simulation in the teaching of medical students and the development of education.
Presentation
Medical and Educational Research
My guiding principles are curiosity and the joy of discovery. For me, clinical work, research, and teaching form a magical circle; they are inseparable. The questions that arise in clinical work become the foundation for research, which in turn creates new knowledge. Over time, this new knowledge becomes established and needs to be taught to future generations of colleagues.
