My research is mainly focussed on ethnicity in terms of language, culture and religion and the construction of national and ethnic identities.

Research into ethnicity in terms of language, culture and religion

My research background is within the field of ethnic and migration studies. I am interested in how difference based on ethnic categories are negotiated, articulated and re/constructed in everyday practice and in narratives.
