We use action research to study how teachers in school, preschool class and leisure-time center talk about, create the conditions for and implement work with collaboration. In this project, we have chosen to study collaboration about teaching language and communication. The overall aim of the project is to investigate how teachers in school, preschool class and leisure-time center understand their assignment to collaborate and how they understand each other's practices, roles and assignments.
