In clinics OCT is mainly used in eye and to some extent vascular examinations. However, this system is adapted to examine other tissues such as skin. It can also be used to scan other types of materials else than tissue.

The Mass Spectrometry laboratory at Core Facility provides instrumentation, expertise and assistance for the analyses of a broad range of compounds for applications for the benefit of the local research community.
