PhD student

PhD student at the Division of Production Economics (PEK) and industrial PhD student at Einride.

Presentation

My research is on the use of computational methods for evaluating decision problems concerning strategic investments in electric heavy-duty vehicles and the optimal operations of mixed fleets. My focus is on combining OR and ML methods to achieve cost-competitiveness at scale while remaining robust against uncertainty.

My PhD research project, Computational Modeling and Simulation of Large-Scale Freight Electrification, is funded by the Triple F Program (Swedish Transport Administration) and conducted jointly between Einride and the Division of Production Economics (PEK) where I am part of the Operations Management Group under the supervision of Professor Ou Tang.
