Research communication

I am formally employed as a Communications Officer at the Communications and marketing division, at the Research communication and press unit, but work at the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Learning.

My clients within the department are primarily the Institute for disability research and the Linnaeus center HEAD and my assignment is to convey information about their research and results to the outside world.

In my role as a Communications officer, I plan, implement, develop and evaluate various communication initiatives.

I develop communication and activity plans, coordinate various projects and act as an expert for management and employees in communication issues.

My work includes writing and processing different texts, making layouts and developing and maintaining a number of websites.

I work mainly with web and social media, but also with events. Every other year, we arrange a world conference in hearing research, CHSCOM.
