Five billion people around the world use the internet. In Sweden, practically all adults are online. Working with the internet means constantly moving forward. Our behaviour changes fast. New laws and requirements come and go. This means that we have to quickly change our ways, so that we can continue to give website visitors what they require, in an accessible and easily understood way.
My job
In my job as head of unit for the Website Management and Media Lab at LiU, I – together with my colleagues – lead the work on our external website liu.se, the intranet for our co-workers, the intranet for our students and social media platforms. The Lab consists of webmasters, photographers and communications officers who work in several different parts of the university.
Acting Head of Division
The Director of Communications position is vacant as of 15 September. I have been appointed Acting Head of Division from 2 September until the Director of Communications position can be filled permanently.
