Karin Midner

Communications Officer

I work as a communications officer at (LiU), based at the Department of Culture and Society (IKOS). I have broad expertise and many years of experience in communication.

Creative, reliable, and social

I work mostly with external communication. My role includes both strategic planning and hands-on execution. My strength is writing — I'm skilled at making clear and accessible texts, even when the subject is complex. I also work with structure and content on our websites.

I work as a "communications consultant" at Linköping University (LiU).

I'm employed by the Communications and Marketing Division (KOM), but my assignment is based at the Department of Culture and Society (IKOS), where I am responsible for external communication.

I also serve as project manager for the installation of new professors at IKOS and as editor of the IKOS publication series.
