My many years of work experience as a corporate lawyer at a German insurance holding company have shaped both my teaching and my research.
My research interests lie in insurance and financial market law, particularly insurance business law, as well as Swedish and German association law. In addition, I am interested in school law issues, especially those related to the conditions for running preschool and school activities, and in the regulations governing cooperative enterprises, e.g., in the form of parent-run cooperative schools and preschools or mutual insurance companies.
I teach courses in insurance law and corporate acquisitions, among other subjects. I also supervise student theses.
