The recipients of the “Lisa Meitner Grants for Israel-Swedish Research Collaboration” share 50 million SEK. This year Feng Gao, head of LiU´s Optoelectronics Unit, is one of eight recipients.

The Lisa Meitner Grant is a collaboration between the Foundation for Strategic Research (SSF) and Israel´s Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology (MOST).
Professor Feng Gao, at the department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (IFM), receives 3,125 million SEK for the research project Cavity enhanced perovskite optoelectronic devices. The purpose of the grant is to continue to develop Israel´s and Sweden´s position in innovation and research.
