What can you study at Linköping University?


Linköping University (LiU) offers over 25 international master's programmes taught in English, in five subject areas. Most of them are two years long and count for 120 credits (ECTS). In 2018, we will also open our first international bachelor programme. 

Applications for our international degree programmes starting in autumn 2018, open 16 October 2017 and close 15 January 2018.

We also offer single-subject master's and bachelor level courses, exchange studies and even doctoral studies in English as well. There is a Swedish qualifying course for those students who wish to learn be able to study at university in Swedish.

Qualifying course in Swedish

Linköping University offers a qualifying course in Swedish for non-Swedish-speaking students who plan to study at LiU in Swedish. This is an intensive, one-year, full-time course, designed to satisfy the general language requirements in Swedish and civics needed to qualify for Swedish university studies.
