Arvind Balachandran successfully defended his doctoral thesis titled "Design, Modulation, and Control of Battery-Integrated Modular Multilevel Converters for Automotive Applications" on April 25.

Balachandran is a PhD student in Vehicular Systems and was supervised by Lars Eriksson, Professor at Linköping University. The opponent was Professor Remus Teodorescu, Aalborg University, AAU Energy, Faculty of Engineering and Science.
