Among the world leaders in environmental research
Linköping University’s strongest area in the ranking is environmental research, where LiU is ranked 25th in the world.
The British QS ranking is considered one of the world’s most influential university rankings. Each year, it presents an overall ranking of the world’s higher education institutions. This year, LiU was ranked 310th, placing the university among the top two per cent in the world.
The QS sustainability ranking has been published since 2022 and includes around 2,000 higher education institutions in 100 countries. At the top of the global list is Lund University.
