In my research, I am investigating how the transition to a more circular economy can be facilitated through industrial and urban symbiosis.
Using an interdisciplinary approach, I am investigating the factors that drive companies to view waste as a resource, what local and regional authorities can do to facilitate this development, and the policy processes that can create more favourable conditions.
