Barnafrid was one of several participants when the association Framtidståget invited to a networking event in Stockholm on 18 March. The theme of the event was ‘Voices United - Rebuilding future in Ukraine’.

Framtidståget has been supported by the Swedish Institute to give Swedish and Ukrainian partners the opportunity to network, share ideas and explore opportunities for future co-operation.

Participants from Ukraine included local organisations working against domestic violence, youth and student organisations, and associations working to integrate children and adults with disabilities into society.

Using machine learning, an electronic nose can “smell” early signs of ovarian cancer in the blood. The method is precise and, according to the LiU researchers behind the study, it could eventually be used to find many different cancers.
