Critique in Technology Education

The goal of this book project is to provide a framework for critique and discussions about its integration into the teaching of and learning about design and technology in schools.

In my chapter, knowledge about technology is linked to children’s fiction and its educational function, and a starting point is that children’s fiction can encourage children to think more critically about technology. The aim of this chapter is from a pedagogical perspective, examine the messages conveyed about technology in a selection of popular children’s books which contain elements of technology, and; to explore how these views of technology relate to critique of technology and technological development. 

Teknik & Natur

Ett projekt initierat av Skolverket. Webbportalen innehåller resurser med stöd för lärare i förskola och grundskola F-& vid undervisning i teknik och naturvetenskap. Projektet genomfördes i samarbete mellan Skolverket och de nationella resurscentra i teknik, biologi, fysik och kemi.

Grundskola: Modul i Skolverkets Lärportal. Språk i natur- och teknikämnen.

Skolan som arena

Har deltagit i projektet "Skolan som arena för kunskapsbildning i teknik".  I projektet behandlades den allmänna obligatoriska skolans utbildning i teknik under 1900-talet och hur innehållet i skolans utbildning i teknik har förändrats över tid.
